Scott Taylor joins Maersk Training UK as Head of Commercial

Scott Taylor joined Maersk Training UK, in Aberdeen, on 1st April 2020 as Head of Commercial.  Maersk Training provides training services to maritime and offshore energy production industries worldwide. The company offers maritime, oil and gas, wind, and crane operations training services. It also provides training services in the areas of survival, safety and security, people skills, and human resource. The company was founded in 1978 and is based in Svendborg, Denmark with training centers in Newcastle and Aberdeen, United Kingdom; Chennai, India; Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Esbjerg and Svendborg, Denmark; Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Singapore; and Stavanger, Norway. Maersk Training operates as a subsidiary of A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S.

Scott joined from Baker Hughes and will drive all commercial activities as the company grows its existing business and diversifies into new sectors.
