This privacy policy sets out how Talent Focus Limited (Trading name Talent Focus Executive Search and Talent Focus Consulting) and it’s partner company HRC Recruitment (www.hrcrecruitment.co.uk) uses and protects any information held by Talent Focus Limited and HRC Recruitment.

All staff must adhere to their respective company privacy policies (GDPR versions).

What we do with the information we hold

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. In particular, we hold your information for the following reasons:

  • Maintaining up to date records so that we can contact you regarding recruitment and talent management services.
  • Matching candidates with suitable vacancies with our clients.
  • Assessment and verification purposes such as occupational assessment, qualifications, references and criminal convictions.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so.  We will not share your personal data outside of the EU without ensuring that it is afforded the same level of protection as GDPR provides.

You will not have to pay a fee to control your personal information (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures, with all data processors, to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

How we use cookies
