Talent Focus Consulting Delivers Global Female Talent Programme
Most organisation recognise the cultural and commercial value, having a diverse workforce brings. Supporting diversity and equality while underpinned by policy and procedure needs to be actively demonstrated and modelled through practice in all areas, to have a real impact in the business. Talent Focus Consulting were approached by one of their global clients to create a female centred programme, that recognised and maximised their contribution and potential as future leaders in the business. Having worked with this client before we had a good knowledge of the business and through additional consultation were able to develop a bespoke programme which we are now in the middle of delivering. Six cohorts of women from across the business and the globe are taking part, in geographically diverse groups. Each participant has taken part in psychometric profiling, along with a one to one feedback session. Each cohort is now taking part in six half day workshops approx. 4 weeks apart, which included aspects of discussion and sharing alongside skill and knowledge development in the areas of management and leadership. During the later part of the programme each participant will be assigned a mentor in the business to work with them for a further six months to support them to develop their leadership skills and increase their profile and self-advocacy.
