Senior IT / Corporate Services Recruiter (London)

Our client is a high profile recruitment organisation that requires an experienced IT / Corporate Services recruiter to support one of their key RPO clients.  Based in central London, at least 2 days a week, the role will support hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met. Partnering with senior stakeholders, you will manage candidates through a rigorous selection process to agreed timelines in a fast-paced client facing environment.

Responsibilities: 
• Ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels.
• Lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment plans which include role requirements, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process.
• Building and maintaining hiring manager relationships. Responsible for client satisfaction within own business area.
• Provide regular and meaningful updates to stakeholders on recruitment activities.
• Responsible for the management of candidate relationships and their satisfaction with the candidate recruitment experience.
• Create meaningful and attractive advertising collateral.
• Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicate these to the business.

Candidates:
Suitable candidates MUST have at least 4 years IT or Corporate Services recruitment experience, gained either inhouse / onsite or with a recruitment agency. You will be organised, systematic and have excellent client relationship skills. You will be proactive in your search activity with the ability to present compelling opportunities to a broad range of candidates.
