Resort Sales Director (UK Flexible Location)


Our UK based client, is seeking a highly experienced, Sales Director to lead the sales for multi-site resorts across England, Scotland, Wales, and Spain. The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of success in driving profitable sales growth, within the hospitality industry, ideally for a multisite resorts product. They will be a data driven strategic sales leader with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the sector and will be able to develop implement and optimise effective sales strategies and plans to deliver our client's growth ambitions.


· Provide overall sales leadership and direction for the multi-site resorts business

· Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue, and EBITDA growth

· Sales excellence in terms of performance and processes

· Collaborate aspects with the multifunctional team including marketing, finance, revenue management operations and IT

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally including Timeshare and club members

· Drive a culture of sales growth and continuous improvement within resorts

· Recruit high performing sales professionals



· Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field

· 10+ years of experience in a senior sales role in the hospitality industry

· Proven track record of success in driving revenue and EBITDA growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction

· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

· High commercial attention to detail, standards and operational effectiveness

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proven successful experience in driving a multisite multifunctional team.

· Fluency in English and ideally Spanish.
