Talent Focus recently completed extensive, UK wide, car policy benchmarking research for one of our clients. Using our in-house research capability, we spoke with key senior Reward, HR and Finance professionals, utilised data from recruitment and placements UK wide, and reviewed other data and sources available to analyse and present the current trends in their market. Our research provided an overview of car allowance provision in the context of market factors, including those which affect employee retention and motivation, and presented a clear picture of the level and range of benefits as part of salary packages in the sector, and analysed how it compares to other sectors.
