Training Partner (Manchester)

As our global recruitment solutions client (c1700 staff) continues to expand, their investment in their people is imperative to maintain their growth. They now require the services of an accomplished Training Partner to deliver key programs and high quality learning interventions across Europe. Whilst this is a newly created role, it will be part of an established HR team. Training and development has been extensive and on-going, but this now needs a dedicated resource to deliver comprehensive training solutions across the organisation.

 

Based in Manchester with some flexible working, the role will report to the Talent Development Manager. There will be some international travel.

 

Day to day duties include the following:

• Liaise with stakeholders regarding hiring, development and promotion plans.

• Deliver targeted priority training programmes including effective onboarding of new employees across designated regions.

• Design and/or deliver training interventions to enhance skills and knowledge in alignment to career progression paths.

• Use a range of blended techniques to deliver impactful and timely training solutions.

• Working with Managers to support the delivery of follow-up training interventions to optimize performance.

• Ongoing assessment and evaluation of training programs to ensure continuous improvement, identifying additional needs and skill gaps.

• Leverage existing online learning content within blended learning solutions.

• Plan regional training schedules in alignment with business priorities.

• Promote training offerings and encourage engagement

• Communicate training offerings on a timely basis.

• Prepare and present reports on training program KIPs.

• Awareness of industry learning trends, learning cultures and styles.

 

Personal Specification

• Proven background in training delivery using blended solutions within a sales or recruitment environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment offering a superb level of customer care and demonstrating passion for people development.

• Experience at remaining close to the business and wider team whilst working remotely.

• Possess a creative & commercial flair with the ability to engage and inspire others.

• Ability to build & maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

• Demonstrable experience in all areas of the training cycle - training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.

• Excellent Facilitation skills with the ability to communicate information in a clear and concise way.

• CIPD qualified or equivalent form of sales training certification would be a distinct advantage.

• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills

• Self-motivated and flexible in approach

• A team player with a “can-do” attitude.

• Effective Presentation Skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of sales and CRM tools is highly desirable.
