Senior Recruiter – Campus/Emerging Talent Recruitment (Hybrid – Client Site in London at least 3 days a week)

If you have a passion for doing things better, for both your clients and your career, then our global financial services client, is looking to unleash your potential. You’ll work onsite at our client’s office in London, partnering with Senior Stakeholders, Attraction Teams and other organisations such as Universities on Emerging Talent Campaigns (Graduate, Apprenticeship and Internship Schemes). You’ll manage candidates through a selection process to agreed timelines in a fast paced client facing environment.
 
• You’ll manage client presence at target universities, ensuring at all times we are getting value for money out of the agreements and our listings are positioned for maximum effectiveness; measure and own the reporting on response rates
• Maintain the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity
• Oversee the screening of candidates completed by the screening and admin team
• Facilitate the interview and assessment selection process utilising the appropriate exercises templates
• Oversee the offer and on-boarding of early career candidates
• Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicate these to the Manager

Suitable candidates will have:
• Experience in Graduate Recruitment and/or Development (Essential)
• Track record of delivering campaigns and targeted solutions
• Understanding of the Graduate market and knowledge of working with third parties in this environment
• Great communication skills
• A can do attitude working in a fast paced environment
• Experience working in a complex matrix environment
