Performance & Quality Manager (Central Belt, Scotland)

Our client is a leading Public Sector organisation based in the Central Belt of Scotland.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Programmes & Improvement you will be responsible for leading and directing our client's performance and quality team to deliver a range of functions that support the delivery of their mission statement, providing assurance that their service delivery is in line with expected standards (quality, performance, and targets).

This role is key in helping to support the  business in delivering its strategy and business plans. You will also support the Senior Management Team (SMT) to maintain the organisations risk management framework by recording, escalating, and providing insight to support a strong risk and control culture; alongside supporting their annual internal audit programme.

This role will lead the Performance, Quality and Improvement team and assist the Head of Strategic Programmes and Improvement in developing our reporting capability across the business to enable confident and efficient decision making based on assured information. The post has oversight of the performance, scrutiny & assurance infrastructure It will build a learning culture to utilise information gathered from customers, operational performance measures and sector information to develop business insight and inform strategic decisions.
