Our client, a global data aggregator / SaaS business is seeking a Customer Support Director to lead on all after sale activity including technical support, training and customer satisfaction / advocacy.  Managing a team based worldwide the Customer Support Director will act as the voice of the customer across all internal functions.

Suitable candidates will have extensive customer support experience, gained within SaaS companies and will have managed dispersed teams.  You will have first class stakeholder management / communication skills, a passion for continuous improvement and ideally a working knowledge of Salesforce and Jira.
