The Role
  • Reporting into the Managing Director of Banking, you will work with an Assistant to provide bespoke lending solutions for your clients aligned to their needs, whilst identifying new business opportunities and providing input into the overall development of the business.
  • Manage and develop existing relationships with the aim of building and maintaining the portfolio, whilst continually identifying further business opportunities aligned to the client’s needs.
  • Delivery of a superior client service that ensures that the right client outcomes are achieved; overseeing the financial activities of high net worth clients, proactively advising and consulting them on their accounts.
  • Experience providing bespoke lending solutions for target market clients aligned to their needs, and a strong understanding of true banking products.
  • Proven sales, networking, origination and business development skills and expertise; you have been managing your own network and portfolio for a number of years.
  • Strong business development skills, as well the ability to nurture and maintain long lasting and existing client relationships. You are self-motivated and have initiative.
  • You act with integrity at all times and embrace the philosophy of treating customers fairly and proactively.
  • Specialist financial, market, competitor and banking knowledge; you are well informed with up to date market conditions and can determine opportunities to meet revenue goals.
  • Solutions orientated problem solver with a proven track record of providing your clients with bespoke solutions.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Driven to consistently achieve top results, you have a desire to work as part of a niche banking operation, where there is real ownership, where you are recognised as an individual and where you are a part of something different.
  • You must be CeMap qualified and experienced in advising on regulatory matters.
